Here are some photos of the minority clothes. There are many minorities in Vietnam, each area has different clothes.

Other photos - sharing the costumes of the minority women in North Vietnam
They think they can look like a minority women... a wish would never come true

And it turns out -- the ugly truth: the clothes i got was actually for man. But the posing i did was for woman. Combining both elements makes it so gay :(

Plus something really long which i thought it was a scarf, but i after trying to wear it and almost out of breathe, i think no way this is a scarf. Maybe it's a table cloth. Hmhmmh....
Look how long my "scarf" is. It could cover not only 3 persons but the whole floor. Maybe it's not even a table cloth. Maybe it's a carpet.... Oh no.

Well, then i realize that i look silly with or without the male clothes. The thing on my head was actually the cover of the food container that i hold in my hand. The purple stuff is rice
The woman in yellow top is the real minority. Her hair is made in a very interesting way, looks much nicer than the food cover that i got. Jealous...

Minority woman - The real one and the fake one

Well, there are lots of different clothes/ styles/ minorities/ tribal in the world.
Yet, once we mention the traditional costume in Vietnam, it has always been and will always be Ao Dai.

From the old days

A while ago, highschool students have to wear this Ao Dai to school. So you can see this traditional costumes everywhere. The classic look was the Ao dai on bicycle :) The unique image is lost in transaction somehow

And the twist of Ao Dai design...  Reminding people of the history of the long-lost empire in Hue

Nguoi dep Hue dang quang

With lotus pond in the background.... Lotus also reminds people about the king era, while also symbolizes the purity and the beauty.

Besides Ao Dai, there is another famous costumes (mostly in the North) - can be very sexy.

A lady in some vietnamese costumes serving lotus tea, followed by 1 hour relaxing massage... Hmhmhm

Modern house in traditional asian flares - but promoting wines :) Not really traditional but nice asian decor

While modern house with traditional asian flares are:
Well, you can take Cham Charm restaurant in Hochiminh - which tries to take some elements and make it look like the traditional asian high class house.

ATMOSPHERE - THE ART OF LIFE
The kingdom of Champa was an important phase in the political and cultural history of South-East Asia from the 2nd-12th centuries. Brand new in Hoian, the 5,000 sqm Cham Charm Restaurant is making a name for itself by devoting to ancient arts, cuisine and culture.
Build on the concept of “preserving the traditional Champa Culture”, Cham Charm is almost a mini-museum of artifacts and sculptural works of this historic and culturally rich period in its impressive decor, creating an ambiance with historic meaning.
Inside, however, you’ll find gorgeous paintings and hangings done in colours hang on the walls, and many sculpture works depicting soldiers, dancers, dances and gods presenting Champa culture are placed with care around the reataurant. Interestingly, the restaurant itself is a special place you’d be hard pressed to find such thing anywhere else in the country. Gazing out the windows onto the river below, you’ll be astounded all over again at the scenery here.
Upstairs, the wide open-terrace accommodates plenty of tables with ease, and offering a breath of fresh air with a view overlooks the picturesque river. At night, you will find another beauty of illuminated river with night-fishing junks, sightseeing boats…crossing now and then...

Only thing:
They are serving not traditional food or drinks but western food in an asian atmosphere. Interesting!
Audience is quite a mix btw high-class Vietnamese and some expats.

Here come another concept - Ngon restaurant
Serving Vietnamese traditional food from Northern, Central, and Southern Vietnam
Reasonable price, quite a range of dishes. Not the best quality but in terms of convenience and choices, i have to agree that this is the right choice
Audience: well, quite a mix btw Vietnamese and foreigners. Most visitors will come here and try the dish, at least once.
